I will be leaving Singapore. My real reasons would be lack of confidence in the ruling party's ability to manage Singapore for the welfare of its citizens and its disrespect for elements of a true democracy (e.g. constitutional rights, independent press, real bi/tri-partite check-and-balance of power... not our "elected" president that is actually dependent upon the MPs for nomination).
But, as you pointed out, since I'm exiting, why bother? I'll probably tick "Prefer a more relaxed lifestyle" or "Better career/ business prospects overseas" or other neutral-sounding predefined options.
